Covid-19 Sewing Project

While the Covid-19 pandemic is causing a shortage of safety equipment, local sewers are being asked to help make suplamentary protective garments such as masks and gowns for the medical staff. Based off of measurements of a moden medical gown and historical research for non-elastic medical masks I have made a pattern that anyone can use to assist their local hospitals in meeting their need. To get the pattern printed at your local print shop, specify 45″ width 72″ length and check before leaving the shop.

I do custom costume and formal sewing as well as alterations and repairs on most common garments. I typically offer fast turn around times, but for now I am focused on making garments for the local hospital. To ask questions, please use the Contact Form.
